Paintballing Indoors and at Fields
Whether it is a Paintball sporting event taking place in a field or indoors, there can be no other past time after a stressful week at the office better then a game of paintball itself. Paintball is basically about strategy and war, usually involving two or more teams using air guns and shooting each other with colorful paintballs. The ultimate goal is to finish off all the opponents, and the last person who survives is declared to be the winner.
While playing paintball, it is very important that your body is safe and protected, even though the paintballs used in the game are not hazardous and can be cleaned using water, but at the same time prevention is always good. Also, since it is a battle field scenario, you need to keep yourself protected from the incoming paintballs and also from the rocks and trenches that come in your way while you are hiding or rolling during the game.
During outdoor paintball games, you will be required to wear camouflaged gear most of the time. Teams can decide on the color code, i.e. one time can decide to wear apparels with green and brown patterns, while the other team can decide to go for the grey and brown patterns. While these two pattern combinations might be clearly distinct from each other, they blend in easily within the surrounding environment. Also, you will not be ending up shooting at your own team mate if you have decided on a team color pattern, the exception being a situation in which you have gone battle crazy and would shoot at anything that seems to make a movement.
The outdoor scenarios would also include trees and bushes behind which you can hide. You can also crawl around the place to sneak in, or sneak away from your enemy. Fox holes are dug in most of the games for you to protect yourself during an intense attack, while you can attack from behind the sand bags and dirt hill, which are specifically created for the game. Also, there are forest and jungle battlefields available to make the game even more exciting. This makes the paintball game sound more realistic and more exciting.
During the game, be very careful about not shooting at anyone randomly, because you just might end up hitting your own team mate. Look around before you shoot and be mentally alert because someone else might be waiting for the right moment to attack you. Patience is the key here, and allow your opponent to make himself more visible by moving slowly. Keep a lookout in all directions, especially your back, because you just might have someone preparing a deadly attack on you and avoid sticking your head up. Paintball is a great sport for you to get both physical and mental exercise, and relieve all your stress. It is fun running around and hiding behind the barriers. It is just one of the few sports, which you really need not take very seriously while playing, and having fun and enjoying it is the entire idea behind it.
Infact, it will be a great idea to have your birthday party of your son or daughter at a and indoor paintball arena or at an outside paintball field, and you can opt for any scenario that your child would wish for. Paintball sport is very safe, and entire families can participate in it.
